Sherrill
is the owner of Water Spirit Wellness Center
in historic midtown Baltimore. She is committed to helping
clients and students overcome disharmony and maintain
optimum health through bodywork, yoga, and
nutrition. She is a certified Asian Bodywork
Therapist (ABT) with the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) www.nccaom.org, certified massage therapist and a certified yoga teacher (CYT) affiliated with the International
Yoga College in Sedona, Arizona. (www.internationalyogacollege.org)
Sherrill is a member of the American Organization
for Bodywork Therapies of Asia (AOBTA) - Chesapeake Chapter and the
Mid-Atlantic Yoga Association (MAYA).
Lorna Dunn - NCTM, RMP
A life-long recipient of therapeutic massage and other bodywork, Lorna joins Water Spirit from a career in professional dance and over 21 years as a massage practitioner. Lorna's particular interest and experience is in Deep Tissue massage which she integrates into Swedish Massage, Joint Mobilization and Myofascial techniques. She designs session’s individual to each client, to achieve a balance of strength and flexibility.
Lorna works the third week of each month from
Friday to Monday
at
Water Spirit Wellness Center.

Amy Brush - MS, RYT
Amy combines herbs, nutrition, yoga and mindfulness techniques to support clients on their path to enhanced wellness. In addition to individual consultations, she also teaches various classes about herbal preparations, yoga and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. She also enjoys making herbal products and is passionate about working with clients in chronic pain.
Amy’s love of plants and nature lead her to study ecology and botany in New York State. After receiving her bachelor’s degree, she continued to study biology, nutrition and complementary health care at Syracuse University. Amy moved to Baltimore in 2002 where she received certification as an Integrated Yoga Therapy Instructor at Yama Studio (www.yamastudio.com) and completed her Master's degree in Herbal Medicine at the Tai Sophia Institute (www.tai.edu) in 2006.

Charlene Muhammad MS - Botanical Herbalist
Charlene has been embracing the spirit of herbal medicine for over 18 years. She cultivated her practice within her family and community, nurturing her two sons with herbs since birth. Charlene's practice is predicated on her personal use of plants, giving her hands-on relationship and knowledge of the successes and challenges that herbal remedies can provide.
She is a graduate of Cornell University and holds a Master's of Science Degree in Herbal Medicine from Tai Sophia Institute for the Healing Arts (www.tai.edu).
